So - here are the photos that I took today, October 3, 2008, one month after arriving. As you can see, the cabin is much improved. It finally feels like a little bit of home. Squash and Stinky have adjusted beautifully - Stinky is asserting his independence and Squash is still as squishable as ever.
There is a fall chill in the air - and it feels great to be here in the country.
